Lee started his pest control career in the glasshouse industry back in the early 90’s at one of the largest glasshouses in Sussex. As one of the technical Management team Lee’s roles included active monitoring and control of glasshouse pests including Thrips, aphids and mites using a variety of methods including biological control. Lee was also involved in the audit compliance of the site and has first hand experience working to achieve many third party audit standards including M&S, BRC and Tesco manufacturing.
Lee moved into urban pest control in 2000 and has gained valuable experiences having worked for a national provider servicing both small and large accounts. Lee is a L3 BPCA Accredited Technician alongside his RSPH level II. Lee also
Lee also holds plant protection pesticide application certifications PA1 and PA6. Lee is a well respected pest controlled and was extensively involved in the training of new recruits in his previous role, having undertaken train the trainer instruction courses.
Outside of work Lee enjoys music, and has played lead guitar and vocals for a local band.
